Values help unlimited growth, where it implies:
- The Solidarity.
- Equality.
- Justice.

Values are the source of enrichment, which leads to becoming better people in search of individual and general well-being.
Values help not to give as much importance to having, to possess, growth quantitatively, but to interpersonal relationships, to personal growth, to values that, for example, are not so tangible in their majority.
Values have the importance of growing as human beings, forgetting the banal things of life. Making people more noble and more worthy.

Values seek integrity in people, allowing them to enjoy, live and experience all the positive aspects of having values and preserving them. The values are, then, the very integrity of people, where they integrate themselves:
- The sensitive part you have.
- The intellectual being.
- Being professional.
- The family and what makes it up.
- Among many others.
Can habits sustain the beliefs of values?

When there are repetition activities, and habits that sustain these deeply rooted beliefs, more regular activities are done.
Values only disappear when they have no meaning, and that is an influential value, is the motivation, the interest to maintain them.
When habits persist then new values emerge, which are good and which can probably continue.
Motivation strengthens more the positive habits, where the will to maintain the values is what really helps that they are always present.
