In today's world, there are thousands of concerns that, however much you want, do not allow you to abandon them, even when you are in a quiet environment.

The mind is always thinking, it is always engaged in a thought and that is very good, because there is the activity of the mind. The problem begins when these thoughts take the form of worries.

The worries have such a strong and obvious emotion that the mind gets rid of banal thoughts and focuses on these issues of concern, so that way there is no choice.

These thoughts of concern make people not feel free, so it is important to learn to work and educate the mind.


Exercises to minimize worries


Very simple exercises to get rid of harassment thoughts that do not allow you to live quietly or be happy.

They are techniques that are based on ancient meditations, which bring with them an established experience.

To learn to work with meditation techniques, it is important to know:

  • You should not believe in all thoughts.
  • You must learn to have a different relationship with your thoughts.
  • When meditating, a lot is done, everything is framed in the postures, in the breathing and in the observation of the body. You also observe the mind and what you may be thinking.
  • When the person who meditates observes his own thought, he is making that thought no longer so true, by becoming a spectator of his own thought.
What is to be done:

Step 1.

It is important to learn and know what are the thoughts that come to mind and at the same time, cause discomfort.

Locate concerns to increase reflection about themselves.

When you have the thoughts located, you should try it daily, realize that they have appeared and, in this way, clarify what is the thought in question and minimize it.

The change should be encouraged and the concern should be treated as a thought. In this way it takes away strength.


Step 2.

It is necessary to take all the attention to the senses, because by bringing attention to the senses there is a radical change.

Verbally, the person must activate listening, since physiologically thinking is like a kind of speech, where it is very difficult to listen and speak at the same time. This is because they are two areas of the brain that is not easy to activate at the same time.


Step 3.

Activating the sight, realizing what is around, this part of the relaxation to release the concerns can focus on the view when what is concerned are the visualized images it is essential to walk through the image with your eyes.


Step 4.

 

Feeling of contact with the floor to balance and not feel worry, as it gives strength, all thoughts and attention go to the feet.

 

 


Step 5.

Breathing, that which is performed in a soft way so that it returns to calmness.

The important thing is not to think but to feel and after meditation return to what was done in the beginning and do things differently.
