The ego is part of the result of what is called suffering and is that the ego causes ignorance, unconsciousness, and may cost its recognition. The ego is necessary to survive, while living in the deepest unconsciousness.

The ego is for people as a defense mechanism, but there comes a time when you can live and be aware of rational thoughts and that is where you do not need that mechanism. All people have ego and it is essential to become aware of it.

• People think they have more knowledge than others.
• Believe yourself superior.
• The ego can focus on: selfishness towards others, always wanting to be more than the other.
• Transform people with a sense of pride.
• It turns people into prepotent beings.

The ego is expressed as a self-shield with which it deals with relating to others, where the ego can manifest itself in an immense or small way. The ego can be as a defense or to attack.

When people are born, they do so clearly in innocence, vulnerable, they are not able to fend for themselves, then a disconnection occurs, the essential part where it is located is alienated:

❖ The talent.

❖ The purpose.

❖ The wisdom.

❖ Happiness.

❖ Innocence.

Then there is a protection that comes with this mask that is the ego, being a style of physical and emotional survival. That is why contact with the true identity is lost and it is identified with this other personality.

The ego is there because you are born with a potentiality, until you are aware of the internal dialogue, to make decisions and be responsible for your own emotional well-being. This is where the ego is born and given importance, because it is believed to be the only way to survive in this society.

The ego focuses on having, in success, in which each person develops their own personality based on the ego.

 

The ego is behind all conflicts and disturbances.
