I adore this. I particularly love that we must all empower and support each other. This is so incredibly important that we stick together as sisters.
I also agree that women have tremendous inner strength. I can't tell you how many times I have wanted to just be allowed to fall apart. I feel like I can't because I feel like I hold the whole house together. I don't want to fall apart forever. Just for a day. Anyway. This is beautiful.
Oh yes, I too want to fall apart and break into a gazillion pieces so many times but I know if I do that, my family may shatter too because like you, I'm holding them as well. Last night, something happened and I was like 'I wanna die' but then I was like 'It's okay, just let this feeling flow out of your body' and I felt better.
I think I need to do more of letting feelings flow out. I think they are getting bottled up.
