The American Heart Association is so sick. A walk down the cereal aisle of any US grocery will reveal that. Things like Lucky Charms are "heart healthy" because marshmallows and food coloring are really good for your heart. Don't get me wrong. Lucky Charms are yummy, but they aren't healthy at all. In any way. Even a little. But, of course we can just keep eating crap and sitting on our asses because there's a pill for that. Why change anything when you can just add more poison.
