I think Patriarchy and Matriarchy both of this concept depends on how you are looking in it.How should be a Matriarchy family you cant answer it in a few words.It's a huge matter and it also depends on how you are looking in to it.In most of the society in this world families are depends on the men.Men makes all the big decision they earn,they decide but women does the most important things.But they don't get the respect they should get.I think in a Matriarchy family women should take part in all important decision making and the male should look after the house hold with the women.This may also help us to define women's role in a new way.Thank's for sharing.
Defining a new women role is indeed one of the parts of the puzzle. It is not to much into who is getting money for the bread and who is looking for a houshold. I think the question is how both men and women can co-exist in the ways when everyone is happy, supporting each other on the way rather when dominating one the other. There is a lot of steps to be done, but I belive it can start with a Women. If she sees where she wants to be and she has patience, patience and belive she can start building a new world starting with her onw family.
