I'm that leader who likes to push from the back, and sweeps the floor after the staff go home. I never ask them to do anything I haven't done myself before. And yes, it WAS and IS hard to "sit in the shade" whilst others almost drop dead of heat exhaustion. I have humour? Damn. Nobody told me.
