The situation presently is such that the rich are getting richer and the poor poorer. A majority of the resources be it money or other resources are being hold by few.

I agree that increasing division of wealth and rising poverty are a massive contributor to conflict between people all over the world. I feel like the problem goes deep to the heart of how the vast majority of governments work as to put it super simple, people are offered the proverbial carrot on a stick.

Work hard and you too can be rich!

Except there are not enough resources on a global scale so this is never going to be the case for many... and this is where exploitation comes in. I don't know that answers, but you have hit on some of why it happens right here in this post.
