This is a super topic, in my opnion Judge can be useful but at the same time terrible, i mean a bad judgment said in a moment of anger can hurt someone and this is bad, we also must ask if a judgment is true or not..Most of the people never ask yourself this question like " What i think it's true?". I often judge myself hardly but i do not think all what i think about me it's true. Judgment really limit us and put us ander categories or numbers and i think it's dangerous but is useful in a situation od danger..
