This is so good and an awesome aspect to remember in these times. We are never alone and we have the channels of giving and receiving within us... such a good reminder to consciously open to give and to receive. i can't think of a specific instance right now, but I do know whenever i am present for someone and my own process as well, there is a beautiful, open exchange that is very healing. thanks!
