every little thing helps! We get most of our grocery from Azure Standard. We meet a truck every month so we don't go grocery shopping except for produce and we use paper bags for that.
We re-use the bags for honey popcorn we make or for sopping up fried food. As for plastics, we use them to double bag most of our frozen items :)
If we can compost anything, we do.
That's an awesome idea to use paper bags to soak up oil! It's awesome to hear you're taking the initiative to keep your household as green as you can.
We do what we can! I think in the whole neighborhood our trash can is one of the few that isn't overflowing.
It's amazing how much difference it makes, isn't it?!
