Absolutely. Only believe the good ones! I've always thought of astrology as just a guide. Sort of a this is the energy that was rolling through space on the day you were born. Then you can always change that or decide something else is true for you.
Or you could wear red underwear every day to protect yourself from evil spirits. You know. It's an option.
