I have so many things I wish to delve into deeper and herbalism is one of them.
I love the idea of health sovereignty and believe that this will be become more pressing as healthcare is denied folks more and more.

I'm so glad you found it helpful! Yes it is sad that healthcare is so sorely lacking and many are being denied by it. One criticism I have of it is that it largely acts as "patch it" medicine, instead of seeking to heal the root cause. That's where herbs shine.
