Eco train y su pregunta de la semana.

Saludos amigos todos. Eco train como todas las semanas, trae preguntas para compartir. Cual es el conflicto entre la humanidad? ¿que necesidades no se satisfacen?.

Ellas son diferentes, pero saben vivir juntas.

El ser humano nace de una manera muy sencilla, solo por el hecho de que es un acto natural. Salvo casos independientes. Porque creo, que si el acto de nacer en forma natural, la naturaleza dejara por nuestra cuenta, hasta el nacer, sería un caos.

Somos individuos muy complejos. Pienso que a medida que la persona se va desarrollando como persona, va creando en su mente su propia personalidad. Influenciada por muchos factores.

Tal es el caso, de como nos formamos en el hogar, en el colegio, con nuestros amigos, con el ambiente. Si nos formamos en un ambiente hostil, es una persona que tiene de base hostigamiento. Salvo casos especiales, como lo es todo en la vida.

Si el ambiente esta lleno de cordialidad, de respeto mutuo, de colaboración, es lo más seguro que la persona, también cree en su personalidad, estas formas de vida.

Todo tiene sus excepciones, la vida no es igual a la exactitud de las matemáticas. Pero cada indivíduo, al tener su propia manera de vivir, de ver las cosas, va a querer hacer todo a su manera. Cree que la forma que escoge es la mejor. Por lo tanto, incita a los demás a participar en su forma particular. Es allí cuando nos imponemos, queriendo que piensen, vivan, crean y sientan igual que él.

Al no tener los resultados esperados, los conflictos se hacen presentes. NO aprendemos a respetar las decisiones de los demás. Queremos que hablen nuestro propio idioma, si no lo hace, no lo acepto. Debe tener la misma religión, caso contrario, no lo acepto. Debe tener hábitos parecidos o similares a los nuestros. Debe vestir igual, debe comer y tener las mismas costumbres, etc...

Si no aprendemos a ser colaboradores, a no ponernos tanta limitaciones, a querer ser tan territoriales, materialistas, tener más posesiones de las que podemos manejar, para fijar el poder sobre los demás.

Si no dejamos de alimentar el "yo" y alimentamos el "nosotros", creo que nunca aprenderemos a vivir en comunidad sin conflictos.

No se, si esto sea el total de la raíz de los conflictos. Pero creo que gran parte de ellos, se basan en nuestra personalidad. En no colaborar con los demás, el no aceptar a todos, en no compartir nuestra ayuda, nuestra disposición. En no ver a los demás, como nos vemos a nosotros mismos. Como personas e individuos, que nacemos para vivir en comunidad.

Solos, no hacemos nada.

We are very complex individuals. I think that as the person develops as a person, he creates in his mind his own personality. Influenced by many factors.

Such is the case, how we train at home, at school, with our friends, with the environment. If we are trained in a hostile environment, it is a person who is based on harassment. Except for special cases, as is everything in life.

If the environment is full of cordiality, of mutual respect, of collaboration, it is the safest thing that the person also believes in their personality, these forms of life.

Everything has its exceptions, life is not equal to the accuracy of mathematics. But each individual, having his own way of living, of seeing things, will want to do everything in his own way. He thinks the form he chooses is the best. Therefore, it encourages others to participate in their particular form. It is there when we impose ourselves, wanting them to think, live, create and feel like him.

By not having the expected results, conflicts become present. We do NOT learn to respect the decisions of others. We want you to speak our own language, if you don't, I don't accept it. You must have the same religion, otherwise, I do not accept it. You must have similar or similar habits to ours. You must dress the same, you must eat and have the same customs, etc ...

If we do not learn to be collaborators, not to put on so many limitations, to want to be so territorial, materialistic, to have more possessions than we can handle, to fix power over others.

If we do not stop feeding the "I" and feed the "we", I think we will never learn to live in a community without conflicts.

I don't know, if this is the total root of the conflicts. But I think a lot of them are based on our personality. In not collaborating with others, not accepting everyone, in not sharing our help, our disposition. In not seeing others, as we see ourselves. As individuals and individuals, we are born to live in community.

Alone, we do nothing.
