very nice, n simple! Yes and WEEDS are really a word for something we didn't think we wanted,, but many weeds are quite edible.. in fact i had a WHOLE pot of weeds after attempting to geminate some nice seeds.. i didnt know what they were but when my Indian neighbour came and saw them she asked if she could have them and cut them all off and took them home! ;-)

they call everything spinach here if its green and leafy...
Keep things simple. Good enough for me. There are so many different leafy greens and when you look them up it says they can be used like spinach. I think the Indians are onto something! :D
