We have a woodstove and every now and then will clean out the ash and some char from the leftover bits, do you think we could use this or do you know if it be specific types of wood?
Love this, I've always been interested by fire's relationship with growth in the natural world. Make a lot of sense to see this utility!

You can definitely use it! In your compost, in the garden or around trees & shrubs.
