Wow...Thank you so much @eco-alex, truly honoured to be on the list. I loved reading about kirtan and innernet on @naturalmedicine post. Indeed, the innernet is far more effective and efficient and have witnessed myself too. Inside matters most coz outside is the product of inside. And for me, #meditation lets me access that insight and inner wisdom by unconditioning the mind. Once again, grateful to be passenger on @ecoTrain & thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience.
