Wow , what a very great post. Containing many vital facts and information. This line cut my attention a lot "More than 100 million U.S. adults are now living with diabetes or pre diabetes". That statistic is outrageous. You are right. The issue of diabetes is now very rampand and common nowadays and the rate at which people are dieing of it is also very much alarming and should be taken care of. Thanks for sharing this great post
