Basic Roles of Sales

Hello Steemians
My name is Muhammad Zulqarnain and I am going to talk about the same roles of sales of product and services.

Sales means the exchange of a thing of value by another thing of value with mutual consent.

The Subject of sale must be in the ownership of the seller at the time of sale.

The sale must be instant and absolute.
The subject of sale should not be a thing which is not used except for a haram purpose, like pork, wine etc.

The subject of sale must be specially known and identified to the buyer.
