Uncertainty, dilemma in the global economy

in #economy8 months ago

The scope is still in a state of uncertainty, but at least it has improved slightly from the conditions previously faced. In this corridor of uncertainty, what is present is a dilemma, where the question is whether it will really improve, whether it will still be in a bad condition or whether it will get worse..

It cannot be denied that when we talk about the global economy, we definitely refer to large economies that have long controlled the existence of economic market conditions, such as America, England and Europe, Japan and China. Each of these countries made a major contribution to what was experienced in global conditions.

The turning point will be a recession that occurs, thus having an impact on the role of the Central Bank in issuing a decree for each condition faced. Such as the rise and fall of interest rates to fight the prevailing inflationary conditions.

Structural, where increasing income disparities are caused by different incentives and opportunities. So separation, geopolitical tensions and climate change are factors that are likely to reduce growth and increase production costs in certain periods. The situation is different in terms of structural conditions in terms of slowdown caused by geopolitical pressures, obsolescence or an aging population, as well as a country's policy regarding the form of capitalization. Meanwhile, on the third world side or developing countries, they are still waiting for structural changes to occur.

This side has still become a polemic recently, creating a dilemma regarding conditions of uncertainty that will occur in the future. But at least it is slightly less than a few months ago in this 2023 phase.
