in #economy7 years ago

Hello Steemians.

At first we are going to look at the main things you should be good prepared for, when you have an upcoming job interview

()

This is just a small list, but those are the points, that you should be good at:

• First  impression-->We are going to cover this more into detaile, because there is no second chance for a First Impression, so take your chance to shine!

The First impression is 55% bodylanguage, 38% voice and only 7% content!

Take care of your  • Facial Expression • Eye Contact • Shoulders • Hands • Legs and Posture • Distance • Voice, Volume, and Treble Mute

You should also be uncovering your head • tipping your head • removing your gloves • pressing the hand • smiling • knocking (as a warning) --->  Greeting rituals and small talk create a provisional peace relationship!

• Clothes

• Welcome

• Business cards swap

• Small talk

•  Seating

• Seating

• Conversation

• Distance zones and conflicts

•  Greasers

• Last impression

)

You can show that you are good prepared by knowing the following things:

 • The applicant knows the company's history.

• The applicant knows the market and the competitors.

• The candidate knows the advertising appearance.

• The applicant knows the company form.

• The candidate has an idea of the number of employees and turnover.

• The applicant is aware of the company's principles.

• The applicant knows the names of his / her interlocutors.

• The applicant has good answers to critical questions.

• The candidate will consider questions that he could ask himself.

Most interviewer will ask you for the reason of your job application, so you should also have researched the company a little more into detail, like most do with cryptos :)

 • Which basic business purpose is pursued?

• What is special about the products?

• What is typical of the industry?

• What are the advantages of the company size?

• Is the company internationally active?

• What is the history of the company?

• Is it a family business?

• Does the company have a special reputation in corporate culture? Sustainability?

You should also have good answers for questions regarding your:

---> Education

---> Career path

---> Your personality

Typical Questions about unevenness in the career could look somewhat like this:

 • Why did you cancel your training?

• Why did you cancel your studies? • Why did you change your studies?

• Why did you study so long?

• Why do you want to leave your company during the trial period?

• Why were you not accepted after the probationary period?

• Why are you looking for a job so long?

• Why did you change so frequently?

You should always prepare yourself for a job interview, especially if its your dream job. I hope you guys like it and will read my next part aswell.

greetings

Dennis :)
