Death of an Empire.

In this brief article I wish to draw to your attentions the similarities from the end of the Roman Empire and this current Anglo-American one.

1. During the end of the Roman Empire the people were pre-occupied with whether Angel’s were male or female, similarly today we are pre-occupied with who should use which toilet for which gender one identifies with….similar or not you tell me.
2. During the end of the Roman Empire people were engaged in opulence when it came to food. Chefs were given celebrity status and revered. Today we have TV stations and entire channels dedicated to food…similar or not your choice.
3. At the end of the Roman Empire the middle class was crushed by the import of cheap slave labor. You only needs to educate oneself of the Lema Declaration in the mid 70’s to see the similarity there and the subsequent destruction of the middle class, exactly what happened at the end of the Roman Empire
4. Constant war, as the Roman Empire expanded it waged wars on many front…..similarly today the United States has been in a constant state of war since WW1.
5. Debasement of the currencies…this I could write about at length, but people eyes would glaze over I am sure so I will stick to the main narrative. Since the creation of the private Federal Reserve in the US, the dollar through inflations has lost 97% of its purchasing power. I encourage those reading to do a little googling of their own. This was also going on in the Roman Empires end days, as the reduced the size of gold and silver denarius. Here is a website with a great graphic display.

6. Now this one I am not to sure about the exact timing. But I do know that way back since Mesopotamia and Egypt the world was described as a disc shape. It is believed that the Greek philosopher and the Hellenistic astronomy in the 3rd century BC first brought to the world the spherical shaped earth.
   Now I am not saying I believe one way of the other as that is beyond this writers ability, although the Heliocentric Gravity model has never made a lot of sense to me I am still not convinced one way or the other.
   But right through the Roman Empire and its down fall this was such an issue that Inquisitor tortured and killed people over it. To think that this is still an issue is almost laughable. But I do like the fact that it is engaging the public to look at this main stream narrative through critical eyes.
   Which brings me to my conclusion.
   That is that at the end of each Empire you have a public that is inherently unhappy with the upper echelon of powers and looks to somehow equalize the disproportionate balance of powers.
