Who should I believe?

Seems so many telling lies these days…
no consequences for them, so they continue
Once in a while they get caught, but are they punished?
Are they humbled?
They may pay a fine, sounds like a lot to most of us, but
a grain of sand at the beach to them…
and WHERE exactly does that penalty money go?
They continue the deception
They continue the lies
Who should I believe?
Who do you believe?
