Which Countries have Sitting US Presidents Never Visited?

Using the List of Countries from the US State Department as the list of countries, and the List of international trips made by the President of the United States from Wikipedia, Bob Summers from potus.com complied a list of 89 countries that a president or president-elect have not visited.
The country visited by the most presidents was Mexico, with 14 presidents visiting, followed by Italy with 13.
