An epic 12 acre parcel (in the process of expanding to 36) with an excellent ocean view, a guava forest and healthy Ohia trees. A fully off-grid home, 100K gallon stocked pond, banana trees, pineapples, durian seedlings in abundance...

All the makings of a perfect retreat center...
