Eclipse Aftermath!
A view of the eclipse through black-colored glasses.
I've been away for a while. A new project has had me tied up for the last few weeks, and I've been frustrated that I haven't been able to post more on Steemit.
Today, I took the opportunity presented by the Solar Eclipse to take a break and get outside.
Unfortunately, being in North Florida, the eclipse in our area only covered 85%.
Here is what it looked like at its darkest point:
It's interesting that 15% of the sun still generates so much light.
Next time (which looks like it will be 2024 for North Americans), I plan on traveling into the path of totality to get the full experience!
It was noticeably cooler though, and in August in Florida that is always welcome!
Thank you for the insights.
Hoy todos andan enamorados de el eclipse.. hace años que no se veia algo asi .
Great post. Im waiting next your post .......
