Crab rangoon is a scam. The first time I tasted it in US, I thought is friend wanton.
BTW, wanton is also served cooked in soup. Anyway, first bite of the crab rangoon was cheese. hmm....
but I kind of like it. Still, it's like no Chinese food I ever had. The wrap or skin of wanton and crab rangoon probably the same in most cases. So, crab rangoon is not Chinese food but hey, I kind of miss it.
