I am from Bologna in Italy....right next where parmigiano is produced. Over here we eat it every day! Seriously, I think I put Parmesan cheese in 85% of my dishes! I love all cheeses but this is the one type that I could not live without!

    I like very much Italian food and Italian soul.One of the most important ingreedient of this is parmegiano cheez and wine.
