Had a new experience of foods where they offer Modern Malaysian Cuisine,and which is inspired by 4 different regions of Malaysia.So I tried 'Ringan' which means snacks I guess.
Northern Fried Chicken
where they use Lemon grass, chilli and tumeric as ingredients which gives a taste of northern side of Malaysia,It was very crispy spicy and as well as it had a beautiful scent of lemon which made the dish very perfect for enjoying the food.Inverted Karipap
The presentation was fabulous,they say it's a version of a karipap
but instead of the pastry they used potato as a skin and inside the potato skin got curry cream which I had a very different and delicious taste that made me to salivate.
I would give them 5 star for the service and for the new invented different styled foods.
