WHITE RICE AND SAUCE
Wash rice put it on fire wash it again and put it back on the fire allow it to dry .white rice is ready.

SAUCE INGREDENT

meat or chicken,flour,green beans,carrot ,green ,maggi,nut meg,pepper,salt,vegetable oil,onion,irish petoes,cabbage if you want,etc.

SAUCE RECIPE

Cook meat or chicken very well with the speices, after that bring the pot down ,separate the meat from the water,leave the water inside the pot and put back on fire,allow it to boil than add small vegetable oil in that pot, after that mix flour very well with cold water,add the water small small why mixing,after mixing it puree inside that pot that is already on the fire,turn it fast fast, after that add the meat or chicken also the those green been and other things.

NOTE:make sure you slice green beans,carrot,onion,cabbage.and garlic,ginger,nut meg pepper and thyme.you can get grinded.

And the last thing you will add is Irish periods, carrot and green bean

Also if you want to use meat, use only meat spices the same with chicken.

STAGE 2: FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS

Rice,green pepper,carrot,ginger,garlic, Buffer,Green beanscurry,thyme,green tomatoes,liver,white onion,cabbage,meat or chicken,maggi salt,nut meg,vegetable oil.
RECIPE

Parboil rice wash and keep, slice green pepper,carrot,onion cabbage and all that.then cook meat with the any speices of you choice .after cooking separate the meat from the water, then slice some of the meat and leave some,then put vegetable oil in a pot and put it on the a fire leave it to hit small then add those ingredient that you slice and other ones, leave it for like one and half minutes bring it down from the fire, then put that rice that you already washed inside pot put it on the fire add the meat and the water also all the ingredient that you already preppared allwo it to dry .food is ready
