This case is very like how scientist or biologist out trackers on animals found in the wild,but it's much more complicated as they are more advance.... Pretty scary@donovan313
Yes, that is how I think of it. This seems to be the human thinking right? We put implants in animals to track them and record biological data. This seems to be similar except Leir believed it to be a genetic experiment since more than a few abduction cases involve the taking of sperm or ova. It is really an exciting/scary time as more truth leaks out about our ET friends.
