RE: Biology - The Quantum Story

Blocking blue light? Ok that's fine I do that, too.
Don't destroy your sleep and night cycle is a good message, too
and yeah you need sunlight.

BUT, don't let yourself be fooled by something like earthing or "structuring your water to gain more energy", you get into very esoteric or pseudoscientific grounds with this.
I startpaged a bit and already found a website selling their bullshit earthing "equipment". There is not much scientific ground to earthing, and none whatsoever to energized water.
This is just an excuse to sell you some overprized matts or filters or whatever gives you more of that "energy" or "connects you to mother earth". Yeah connecting to mother earth with an armband. Have a look at this. https://www.earthing.com/earthing-body-band-kit.html/
I really hate the thought, that someone actually makes money with this by fooling people into thinking this would work better than a placebo effect.
If you really want to try grounding go barefoot or something, but don't buy this stuff.

Sort:

@morice, I can understand you skepticism. I am a skeptic also, but I try everything for an extended period of time. When I get results, that's when I speak, promote, write, etc about it.

Earthing is real. I'm not sure I buy into the devices, but ground contact with the earth and energy building really is a thing. If you look to traditional Qi Gung for example, there is anecdotal evidence that suggests it is possible and with the right intention, we can absolute hone and build those abilities.

It is the same with structuring our water and earthing. Building the bodies overall net negative ion charge (earthing) reduces inflammation and increases the bodies vitality among other things. Charging your water absolutely makes it more bio-available and usable for the body.

If you look to Dr. Masura Emoto's and Dr. Gerald Pollack's work on water, you'll soon realize that these structures - as all forms of 'matter' can be changed with some of these practices.

I'm not trying to sell anything, other than optimal health and vitality and these tools are JUST SOME of the tools I suggest, have been using and have seen a vast amount of people derive results from.

No where in my article did I suggest to buy something, except to help with the ORP value of water.

Everything is energy. From our thoughts to our form, to the world we live in. As soon as you believe we have no influence over these things, that's when this dream we live in becomes mundane. As soon as you make the connection, everything, from you health and vitality, to the amount of money you make, to the structure of your water can and WILL change.

I hope this helps bring some clarity.

I appreciate that you invest your time to reply to me. I know you did not encourage buying anything in this article.

I can say with confidence that earthing is indeed not real. Believing in things like this stems from ignorance or the misunderstanding of how the human body works and how the earth works for that matter.

Let me make an example out of earthing.
In the text in your post there is this fancy word ion which is by itself scientific and sounds scientific, but in the context of earthing it has no point. It is just a word to trick people into thinking it was scientific.
You can have an elecrostatic charge through wearing the wrong shoes or rubbing a balloon on yourself which is indeed negative (100 points to earthing specialists).
The thing is this charge depletes in mere seconds to your surroundings or it discharges through your hand if you touch your car or another person or something else it can discharge to and the best thing is it has no effects on your health whatsoever.
So no it is not scientific at all. It takes scientific principles and mutates them to fit a narrative that most of the time wants to sell you something useless for a lot of money.

Masaru Emoto's and Gerald Pollack's work on water is not scientifically reproducable and due to this failed at the peer review.
For example the claim water had something like a memory is a failed hypothesis.

I don't say you shouldn't try it.

I just want to say that this has NOTHING to do with science.
Masura Emoto got his title for alternative medicine which has nothing to do witch science either.

There is no point in arguing. you obviously have you reasons why you feel it doesn't work and i have mine for why it does.

If you want to understand physics at the quantum level, I'd suggest checking out the Resonance Academy. It may help with the perspective that claims this is pseudoscience.

If it works, I keep it and spread the word. If it doesn't, I disregard it. Next you'll claim that breath work doesn't super oxygenate every cell in the body and that we can't control our autonomic nervous system.

If one person can do it, "their special", If we can teach others and they are successful, can find growth, healing, strength, vitality, etc, perhaps it's not done in a lab, but to me that makes it scientific. It's something we proven with repeated results.

And that's good enough for me.
