First of all, I am not recommending doing cold exposures like all of the sudden you jump up in the frozen lake and drown yourself, but in small steps to build up tone and your vascular system to withstand such things.

I will copy my earlier post for breathing techniques, because it is essential for the method, and with breathing and exercises, doing cold exposures as the third part of the method, makes the whole kit to take control over your own body.

So, first of all, if you find yourself in the cold water that is about 4 degrees Celsius, you will get hypothermia after only a couple of minutes, after twenty minutes you could die.

Don't mess around with it, never overdo it, and use it as a tool responsibly.

So what this is all about. If you are tired of being cold all the time, having cold hands and feets, getting sick all the time, inflammation in all over your body, this is for you.

You will strengthen your immune system, feel energized, feeling happy because it is a natural anti-depressant used as a therapy for depression years ago. Cold influence for producing certain proteins that cause depression and so on.

So, If you remember the breathing exercise, and study good about the subject, you will find you can oxygenate your body to the very high limits. Actually it couldn't be measured because scientist think that you cannot have anymore oxygen than 100 percent of their norm. But this goes higher. Your PH level is up, inducing your metabolic rate to 300 percent, pumped up with hormones and adrenaline, you are ready for the cold exposure.

remember, when I talked about physical performance when your PH level is up. Now, take a picture in your mind, that human body have 200, 000 KILOMETRES!!! of VEINS AND CAPILLARIES!!!

But bare in mind that 30 to 40 percent of that veins and capillaries are NOT in function. They don't work. The muscles next to your veins and capillaries are so weak that they don't work. Simply because you live your whole life in the comfort zone! You wear countless number of socks and shoes and wear gloves when it's cold.

your hands and feets have no circulation whatsoever and muscles that contract your core to protect organs from the cold, could not be shut.

So if we manage to activate that 30-40 percent of veins and capillaries, we will gain that same amount of percent in our performance. Imagine the blood will flow into those areas filled with oxygen, allowing you to perform better, you will crumble the enormous weight from your heart, making it so much more easier to work, your pulse will drop like you are a ultra-marathon runner.

it is very good for your heart. The cold will teach you focus, the present moment for what it is, and can give a present that is mountain big for your health.

from the breathing you learn how to control your adrenal level, and from cold exposure you learn how to control you CORTISOL level - wich is stress hormone.
The cortisol level will be low, and the adrenal level will be high. If it was that the cortisol level will be high, you will be having panick attacks.

So I made a post about this also how carbon-dioxide in your brain can trigger cortisoll level to be high, but with this, you wont be having any problems with that ammount of oxygen.

So to mention also that the cold impact on your body have in your blood cells, you will strenghten your immune system which you already have control of simply by breathing. Also the cold will be quieting your mind, cleansing your soul on much deeper levels then you understand. You have to try and feel to understand.

Feeling is Understanding.

What you can do right now to trigger all those things, is just finish your warm shower with the cold for 30 seconds.

That is it!

From warm, you will get to cold, forcing your veins to close up, and strenghthen those tiny muscles around it.

You will feel energized, feeling good and happy. it will trigger all kinds of happy hormones.

Do this for a week and see for yourself, it is a challenge but it will be worth it I guaranty you!


BREATHING EXERCISE


I have been writing about this, and I will continue to spread awareness about this life changing technique. Once taught by medicine that controlling your immune system isn't possible, now we are re-writing the medical books.

I have been practising Wim Hof Method (WHM) for two years now, and continue to share experiences. Not only you will get the power of changing your immune response when you are struck down by cold or flu or anything else, you will gain control counchesly over cardiovascular system, nervous, endocrine, parasympathetic, metabolic, muscular and all systems you have. You will gain full control over your body.

First of all, how do you begin?

In a just a few days, you can and everyone can, to get in touch deeper with his immune system. How? Simply by breathing exercise.

The method consist of 4 parts, but the subject is too wide I will now explain only the first part - breathing exercise.

Other parts are, exercise and mind over body( rewiring your body and make connections), cold exposure and meditation and mind set. The 4th part is subject for itself and it is about spirituality. Every single part is so deep, and crucial that all together makes a whole kit of becoming a superhuman.

Remember, all of this method is backed up by SCIENCE. All the measurements, experiments and statistic you can find or I will provide it for you, but as Wim Hof said, first and best is the feeling of doing. Feeling is understanding. Later on you can study whatever.

Remember, NEVER overdo ANYTHING. Listen to your body. Stop when you think it is too much. Benefits you will receive is mountain big.

Simply by breathing exercise you will gain control over your immune system and immune response, It will give you tons of energy this may be too much for someone, take it slowly, It will give you strength by regulating your PH level and control over the adrenalin release, also it will stimulate the nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system, and will stimulate endocrine glands and chemistry in your brain. Hypothalamus and pineal gland. It will stimulate very important Vagus nerve, and will oxygenate your body and flushing a LOT of toxins from you. Very powerful detoxification. This is due to the high level of your PH in the blood after minutes after breathing, Your metabolic rate will rise for about 300 %.

So I think this so pretty powerful simply by breathing exercise. I tried every method and exercise, yoga breathings and such, but this you simply can't compare with anything. If you train hard enough, maybe you can break one of Wim Hof's 27 guinness records that he sets, like climbing Mount Everest just in shorts, or running a marathon in the desert without any water(he drinks two coffee's before the race), or running a marathon in the north pole in shorts and barefoot, or diving into the frozen lake.

So let's begin.

Get comfortable and start with deep breathing. Inhale deeply and exhale like you are pumping a balloon, slowly and controllably, and NOT exhaling fully. So basically you bring in a lot more oxygen and exhaling poisonous carbon dioxide. You make 30 breaths like that and the inhale fully and exhale and stop breathing. You hold as much as you can without air in your lungs and you will see that you can hold like that like1,2,3,4 minutes. It is NOT a competition!!!! It may be dangerous to faint, so as soon as you feel the urge to breathe inhale fully, and hold for 10 seconds and then let go. This is the first round. For the beginners 3 rounds is enough and maybe less.

You will feel all kinds of things. If you start to feel dizzy that's ok, it will pass as you get use to a lot more of oxygen. Ringing in the ears will pass also. You will get an enjoyable feeling right from the start. After 1 minut and 30 seconds without air in your lungs, your primitive brain sets of an alarm that you are not breathing and maybe you are dying. But this is not the case and you feel perfectly normal and calm. Then your body will kick in an enormous amount of epinephrine to jump start you because your brain thinks you are dying. But your PH level is high and you feel excellent. you are dying only when you PH level is shutting down, but with the breathing it goes through the roof, and it will flush all of the lactic acid in your body. After you inhale after retention, your body was without oxygen and your body also, for a couple of minutes, and when you hit it with big inhale, all the cells are starting to light up. your brain is stimulated because you are making the pressure with your blood in the head full with oxygen. ETC ETC.

When you have an enormous dose of adrenalin in your blood like you are jumping first time from the bunji jump, not any virus or bacteria can enter your body. Your natural shields are on. In those cases humans have reported supernatural strength. When virus or bacteria enters the body, your body needs 4 days to recognize the intruder and start with immune system response and only then starts to fight with the illness. That's why we are usually sick for 7-14 days. With the breathing we trigger that response after 20 MINUTES!!! Go home all kinds of illnesses and antibiotics.

There are all kinds of research that this method can help with all kinds of auto-immune diseases and even AIDS.

So remember, first breathing exercise, then physical exercise and streching and then cold exposure!

So how do you control your immune system? Sorry I have no idea about it but I am excited to know about it

By breathing technique. You do 3 rounds of breathing, and in one round you hold your breath without air in your lungs, and when it pasts 1 minute and 30 seconds, your brain goes on alarm that you are dying and not breathing, but you don't because you are full of oxygen and your PH level is way up, so your brain sends signal to your body and release an enormous amount of epinephrine (adrenaline). It is measured that you produce evene more adrenaline when you are jumoing with the bunji jum for the first time. So in that state when you have adrenaline, no bacteria or virus could enter your body. But even if they enter your body, you trigger a response of white blood cells to fight with disease only after 20 minutes of breathing. Normaly this would hapen after 4 days in your body. So that's why we are usualy sick from 7 to 14 days. And you override the immune response such as the simptoms of disease, like fever, inflamation and such. You are literaly hacking your body and don't have any symptoms of disease... but maybe mild symptoms for two days if the virus enters the bodyand you didn't prepare yourself. Also it is measured that after breathing your metabolic rate is high as 300 percent. Which speeds up the recovery that much faster. It is a powerful technique, it is all in the post right here and in my earlier posts. This is only brief part of this :)

I am not doing cold exposures, but in my country LITHUANIA it's popular. I did't get sick for about 7 years already, by stopped using medicine, started eating healthy food and exercising.
