Mission statement ~ SoundStorm Inc.

The goal of SoundStorm Inc. is to contribute to creating a critical mass in human consciousness. Shifting awareness to higher levels with team efforts and synergy between the band SILVERLIGHT and the crowd at concerts in which they play around the world. To bring healing, compassion, Love, and expansion to the human experience through exploration and use of sound, light, music, and spoken word techniques. To open up venues for a wide variety of artists and creative thinkers, creating abundance for all and allowing freedom of expression to be an anchor of light in the world. To set an example of a workable social structure in hopes it will be implemented on a global scale.

Description~

SoudStorm Inc. includes seven divisions, the first six of which are Earthly:

1. A group of business entities to handle issues of law, accounting, payroll, marketing, production, management, and investments, to be known as the House of Western Logistics, (H.O.W.L.);

2. A community that explores, improves on, and/or creates methods that expand and raise consciousness levels using light, sound, artwork, music, and guided meditations in a concert setting, to be known as the Angel's Counsel & Eulogy, (A.C.E.);

3. A team of researchers to objectively determine the effectiveness of SILVERLIGHT events. Studying violent crime rates, unemployment rates, and the general well being of the communities in which events are held, (before and after), to be known as the Exterior Analyst & Survey Team, (E.A.S.T.);

4. A tribe of artisans working intuitively together with sound, light, stage presentation, and music to orchestrate and facilitate the findings of A.C.E. and perform songs for core events, to be known as SILVERLIGHT;

5. Myself as the vessel in which the fathering thoughts and divine creativity flowed through to inspire SoundStorm Inc., and elder member of the band SILVERLIGHT, known as Paul "Four Eagles" Stevenson;

6. My "Twin Flame", Goddess divine who through grace of the Great Spirit and divine providence will be a leader and Angelic member of the community in support in the way she see fit;

7. Many names have been given to this one. I honor them all. For neutrality's sake I will call it "Great Spirit". Symbolized by the Spotted Eagle, the one who flies closest to the sun. The inward direction, for it can be found in the heart of each one of us, and loves us so deeply.

Policies and procedures~

SoundStorm Inc., in being structured with four decision making entities (1-4 above), will hold each one as equal. They will each evenly share the power of decision making, responsibility, and profit reflecting and in so matching the naturally occurring seasons here on Earth. These, having been put in place by the Great Spirit, guides SoundStorm Inc. to adhere to a like nature. Standing with the beliefs that imitation is the greatest of compliments, and that success follows success.

1. Decision making~

Final decisions will be made by a vote of the three entities which did not bring the suggestion to SoundStorm Inc.. If a decision must be made on a question from the exterior and voting ends in a tie, this means the question loses. In this case the tie may be broken by a vote agreed upon by numbers five and six listed above.

1. Responsibility~

Each division will be self determining and sovereign. As guidance becomes necessary, each division will have a three month period out of each year, to draw upon the wisdom of and synergy in the combined opinions of the other three, thus holding the power of suggestion over them. This power divided as follows:

Sept. - Nov. given to the House of western logistics

Dec. - Feb. given to the Angel's counsel and Eulogy

March - May given to the Exterior Analyst and Survey Team

June - Aug. given to SILVERLIGHT

Funds~

Funds gained shall be divided equally between all five entities.

Explanation:

*Number five listed in the description above, being an elder of SILVERLIGHT, will negotiate within his tribe for his piece.

*Number six listed in the description above, being a leader in A.C.E., will negotiate within her Choir for her piece.

*Number seven listed in the description above, being nonphysical, will allow its share, (one fifth), to be given for purposes of health, improvements, upkeep, and charity. This decided through the process listed in the "Decision making" section of this statement.
