Phoenix Blaze
Today I am a Phoenix blaze
Emotionally scattered in a haze
A dreamer's shattered flower vase
Hurled into dark outer-space
Old faithful rock away is thrown
Cold and lonely on my own
Smokey gray as cobblestone
With little hope of finding home
I cried my friend, an honest end
Tears only I can comprehend
Stormy Thunderbird descends
To purge me of a toxic blend
Clean and clear the ashes rest
In a peaceful quiet nest
The fire finds a perfect death
Only Love can pass the test
Wolf wind stirs the coals again
Howling cries that echo pain
Lost to inspiration's claim
A star sparks a fiery winged twin flameToday I am a Phoenix blaze
