Medicine Bundle - New Haven Native American Church

I am a Medicine Man Card holder and minister of the Native American church called New Haven, Four Eagles Standing Alone On Water. When I first heard about the church and they were holding events and ceremonies on the sacred grounds I had to go to look and see. It turned out to be an amazing summer and the journey through the following fall and winter lead me to the farm I am currently managing. The Ozark Mountain range, or the "OM bioregion" as some may call it, has a rugged beauty and very diverse weather.

I took this photo today looking out the kitchen window of the main house. I have made sure that the birds get breakfast everyday and these Chickadees sure don't seem to mind.

I attained a copy of the adoption form, signed it, and sent it in to the church for their records. This form can be printed from the www.nhnac.org website under the adoption tab. After that I contemplated exactly which type of healing I preferred to use as my medicine bundle. I have taught and studied many. In studying multiple forms of healing I condensed a good part of it into an oracle card deck. I keep it in a bag or "bundle" so I knew it was the answer.
I call it Alchemy of the Bird Tribes.

So I took a picture of the card deck much like the one above and sent it along with a photo of myself for the card and a short description of how I use my bundle to heal to the church via email. A little while later I received my Medicine Man Card in the mail.
I also lead sweat lodge ceremonies, shaman journeys, guided meditations, and do sound healing. I and this community hold the Spirit Drum of the tribe.
