Proposal for distribution of keys granted to ASC. A DAO EN Proposal. 6/24/2017

This is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"The first million Keys going to ASC shareholders will be distributed at a 1 to 1 ratio to resource shares. Currently there are under 700K ASC resource shares issued, which means each of the next 300k+ ASC resource shares issued will come with a key. ASC Resource shares issued to the keys collective do not apply.

The rest of the Keys being issued in installments to shareholders based on tiers that are relative to resource shares held. EXAMPLE: Tier 1: 30 keys per month. For shareholders that have between 1-500 resource shares
Tier 2: 100 keys per month. For shareholders that have between 501-2000 resource shares
Tier 3: 250 keys per month. For shareholders that have between 2001-5000 resource shares
Tier 4: 400 keys per month. For shareholders that have between 5001-20000 resource shares
Tier 5: 500 keys per month. For shareholders that have 20001 resource shares or more.

These tiers are purely for example. Actual amounts issued will be directly related to the keys exchange value, the quantity and needs of our active members. The ASC will vote on the matter of income tiers when the time comes."

This proposal was proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed at 6/24/2017.
This is the fourth major decision made by the Earth Nation Voteholders.
