Proposal for Basic Living Income for Sales People, Proposal for Allocation of Keys for Content Creators Team. EN DAO Proposals 8/2/2017

Following are two proposals that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

1 "Proposal For Basic Living Income for Sales People

I propose that we create a basic living income program for people that can close sales.

For everyone who personally makes sales of our keys for 300 dollars or more a month, i propose that we reserve 35% of the money brought in to pay for a basic living income for that sales person.

Each sales person to be awarded up to 300 cash and 700 towards rent(if applicable) each month.

To maintain eligibility for continuing to receive basic income, sales people must continue to be active."

2 "Proposal for Allocation of keys for Content Creators Team

Content is important! Lets start valuing content.

I move to award the following variable ranges for creation of content.

15-150 keys per video. 30-150 keys per article 20-70 keys per spin. 3-30 keys per each day of active community engagement. Community engagement means that a non participating member was inspired to play in a meaningful way.

Range is dependent on length and quality. The exact amount to be determined on a case by case basis by the council of coordinators.
