This is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.

"I propose we offer 2 keys for every dollar for the next 10k invested. This is to encourage funding for a development team to make our website/marketplace phenomenal before our next launch."

This proposal was proposed by Dakota Kaiser and passed at 6/21/2017.
This is the third major decision made by the Earth Nation Voteholders.
