Wonderful. That lake looks so gorgeous. I wonder why the lake remains so cold?? And where is the hydrogen sulfide coming from? Isn't that normally associated with volcanic activity? But if it were thermal then it would be warmer lol. Confussssed!

Hydrogen Sulfide is a by product of volcanic activity, but it can also occur in natural gas a well water too. We humans produce a little bit too. Ever had a really bad fart after eating something high in sulfur?
