Should Teachers Be Assessed at School?

Teachers are really important in our lives. They help us to learn and grow every day. Because a teacher’s role is so important, I think that teachers should be assessed at school. Assessing teachers can help them teach better, take responsibility, and keep learning new things.

First, assessing teachers helps them to improve their teaching skills in class. When teachers know the fact that someone is watching their class, the teacher tries harder. For example, teachers may use more drawings or do more fun activities if they get feedback on the students don’t understand the class.
