The year is 2023. Scotland is a frozen place ruled by fascists. Once glorious, the Taj Mahal is now frozen.
Down to earth navigator, DI Gregory Gobble is humanity's only hope. Gregory finds the courage to start a secret revolutionary organization called The Twenty Three.
The fight is jeopardised when Gregory is tricked by snotty private detective, Dr Ocean Wilson, and injures his big toe.
Armed with flippers and swords, The Twenty Three try their best to save mankind, but can they defeat selfish fascists and restore the Taj Mahal to its former glory?
