How terrible but unfortunately this isn't surprising. The reason the military contracts this stuff out is partially because of this lack of accountability that they have. If someone in the military itself did this there would be all kinds of publicity, court hearings and the like. Since it's a contractor though they deny it and then direct you to the company who then changes their name and address. Shady shit! I feel bad for these folks, they have high hopes and think they are doing morally great things but it gets crushed in the end.
