Upcycling of plastic bottles to produce nursery pots and cleaning of environment.

Plastic pollution is a major problem and continue to be in our environment as time passes, and if not checked it will gradually get out of hand. However, plastic bottles in particular can be upcycled to produce nursery pots, vertical farming and this will go along way to reduce plastic bottles in the environment.

Further engaging in this activity, it serves as a source of income generation especially among youths thus can be used over a long period of time and also it is durable. This is a new initiative at ''The Greens'' and is hope to continue in other communities as well. Tools to be used are simply available such as kitchen knife, hawk saw, perforator, etc.
