I have suggestion for you when you write your code mention each section with the comments. It helps to organise the code in a more good way.

And for your good quality video you can record the screen of your laptop or computer. Use some video recording extension in the chrome browser and you will be able to record your screen in a more good way.

It will help to increase the quality of your video.
