We changed the date because we decided to cancel the third round (the third 24 hours) fundraising.

After the release of the ICO lottery results, we received lots of requests from our community for accepting more ETH for the second round of the ICO, so those who didn’t win the lottery can contribute ETH to the project. After the internal discussion, we have all agreed that we should respect the feedback from our community, and add 500 ETH for the second round ICO (the 500 ETH fundraising for QKC tokens is canceled), so more whitelisted participants can contribute ETH to the project.

The total hard cap for the public token sale is still $4,000,000 / $459.12 ≈ 8,713 ETH. QuarkChain and DxChain will closely work together and continue our strategic cooperation.

Token Sale Rules Explanation

[The first 24 hours]

Lottery winners can contribute to the project in the first 24 hours.

You can finish the contribution at any time during the first 24 hours, however you will not be able to get the same hard cap and allocation bonus after the first 24 hours.

[The second 24 hours]

All whitelisted participants are eligible for participating in the second 24 hours token sale on a first-come, first-served basis, no matter if you did win the lottery.

Projected time: around noon on August 4th, 2018 (PST)
0% bonus: 1 ETH ≈ 327,943 DX
Personal hard cap: starts from 0.5 ETH for the first 12-hour, and will quadruple every 2 hours afterwards.

More details:

1. Our token sale smart contract only accepts payment from the registered ETH addresses of whitelisted participants.
2. Token sale smart contract address will be available for those whitelisted participants via @dxchainbot, as well as DxChain’s official News Channel (https://t.me/dxchainchannel).Please make sure the addresses match, and be aware of scammers.
3. The gas limit for transactions is 50 Gwei. Any transactions exceeding this threshold will be rejected.
4. We peg the average ETH/USD price during our token sale period (7/10 ~ 7/30): $459.12 (Etherscan).
5. Total hard cap according to the pegged ETH price:
   a) The total hard cap is $4,000,000 / $459.12 ≈ 8,713 ETH.
   b) Total DX for sale ≈ 2,945,910,686 DX.
   c) DX : ETH = $459.12 / $ 0.0014 ≈ 327,943.
   d) The average price for public token sale: 1 ETH ≈ 338,105 DX
6. The token sale will automatically finish if either the total hard cap is reached, or the pre-configured time is up (24 hours after the starting time for each round).
7. The minimum contribution for each participant is 0.01 ETH.
8. Personal hard cap:
   a) For the first 24 hours, the hard cap differs depending on the lottery results.
   b) For the second 24 hours, the personal hard cap starts from 0.5 ETH for the first 12-hour, and will quadruple every 2 hours afterward.
