[Day 3/ 30 Days] 1 min PLANK challenge with song 'Le Tourbillon'
Hi, everyone. Today is Saturday. I started a vigorous weekend morning with 1min plank challenge. Yesterday night Shanghai is so cold that even the water pipes are totally frozen. But now the temperature has rebounded and it is a good time to have an exercise.
Today's song is a French chanson called 'Le Tourbillon', which means "torrent" in English. It has a cheerful rhythm and fresh tune, people who used to listen to explosive high-pitched songs will be surprised and attracted by this kind of light minor songs. French songs are used to express the ordinary love like this chanson. It talks about a confession of soul, and a love story of meeting and loss. Like the lyrics says: on s'est connus, on s'est perdus de vue, on s'est retrouvés on s'est séparés, dans le tourbillon de la vie.

大家好，今天是星期六，我用1min平板支撑开启一个元气满满的周末早晨。昨天上海普遍降温，连家里的水管都冻住了。今天温度稍微有点回升，正是锻炼的好时候。
今天为大家带来的歌曲是一首法语香颂，叫做Le Tourbillon，中文翻译过来就叫“激流”，这是一首节奏欢快，曲调清新的小调，听惯了爆发力强的高音歌曲，来一首平平淡淡的小调，似乎别有一番风味。法语歌曲习惯表达平平淡淡的爱情，这首也不例外，像是一个告白者内心的娓娓道来，对一个遇见后又失去，失去后又遇见的情人的思念。就像唱到的：我们相遇后再相遇，我们重逢又分离。在这生活的激流里，我们重新再出发。
