I think it could drop below .25, however it most likely not. We have been hovering around .40 lately. The momentum has stalled.

Creating content is still beneficial in the long term in case prices increase again. However, as a social network, or networks, Steem naturally lends itself to creating content for the sake of creating content. Even with diminished rewards, it’s more than you would get at other networks.

Everything goes into Steem Power. At my level, that’s the best option.
