RE: DTubeSnapQ - What Factors Determine Your Choice, In What Dtube Videos To Watch?
When I first started exploring dtube and actually posting about a month ago I was just scrolling through which did take a lot of time. Being new I didn't know any better. Since then I have been sitting down with the intention to curate quality vids and it does start with the ones I have found to have creativity or quality messages. @enjoyinglife was the first to make a big impression on me with his philosophical type vids and his bold honesty. I related to that because I meditate and have a lot of the same outlooks. I guess he will know it now haha. He also had engaging thumbnails that made you just have to click on it. So do many other people and that is so important imo. I seldom tag people because I am new and I don't want it to be taken as being used as a tool. I don't see that as productive. Regardless, I look for topic/title, creativity, and my own personal interest. It feels right that way and honest. I'm starting to be more engaged with people that are supporting my new journey that comment and upvote me and finding more interesting people and vids that way. To be honest, if someone is putting heart and effort into a video I don't always have to be interested in the topic. I then upvote for quality. Creativity to me is effort in editing if suitable for the content, a clear message or purpose, educational, uplifting, inspiring, or entertaining. (speaking as a new creator not a expert) on the topic lol So, I hope that answered your question, from my perspective :)
