So everything needs efforts and dedication and it's not one day process, so, we have to engage, connect and develop our audience and most importantly change is important because Stagnancy will not going to take us anywhere.

• Comments are feul: In my opinion Discord is really amazing tool but, i think that it's in taking the large amount of comments there. So if we redirect all that Engagement on Steem and Dtube then in my opinion the Rate Of Activity is also matters in the field of Business because at the end of the Rankings of platform matters because, higher the ranking, the more reach will be attained by the platform in Search Results.

• Let's hold the Multilingual Idea: If we are just concentratimg towards English content then this platform will grow to limited extent, so, we have to hold the International and Multilingual Mindset, and have to consume other language content too, and here we have an option to educate others means, if the content is not in English then we can request them to continue what they are doing but just leave few lines of English Description and in this way no matter what language we can connect with the video and when we welcomes everyone, then everyone can welcome next batch of everyone and this cycle can be continued.
